Sport Science Curriculum Updates
Part of my job as a Sport Science Student Laboratory Assistant is to assist in updating the curriculum for courses. A few of the updates are still in progress and require a workshop before they can be applied; some have been integrated as early as the Winter 2017 semester. Below is a sample of what has been accomplished by the Lab Facilitators and myself.
SPSC 1103 Conditioning for Sport and Physical Activity: Updates to the curriculum through the addition of general weight-training progression and myth-debunking based on peer-reviewed scientific literature. Introduced Summer 2017 and Summer 2018.

SPSC 1164 Dynamics of Motor Skill Acquisition: Visual and Audio updates to tying the Bowline Knot as part of a lab for students to compare and contrast a variety of learning styles. Video and narration edited and compiled by me. Introduced Winter 2017.
